Thank you for sharing the correct site URL.
I have just checked the https://dev-pratibhajain.pantheonsite.io/ site and it seems it’s a self-hosted WordPress site.
There are two ways to use WordPress, you can either use the version downloaded from WordPress.org onto a web host (also known as self-hosted), or you may host your site with us here at WordPress.com.
You can learn more about the differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org here – https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
You have currently reached out to WordPress.com support, where we do not have access to your site to help you out.
Please contact your web hosting provider, who can help you regain access to your site. If you’re unsure where the site is hosted, you can use our tool https://wordpress.com/site-profiler/ to find details about the hosting provider.
