The critical error is likely caused by the software you installed for the news header, which may be conflicting with WordPress or another plugin. Since you are the only admin and cannot access WP Admin, the easiest fix is to access your site via FTP or your hosting file manager, go to
wp-content/plugins, and rename the folder of the plugin you just installed. This will deactivate it and should restore access to WP Admin. I faced a similar issue while managing my website 800 Homes, and renaming the conflicting plugin folder solved the critical error immediately. -
I checked your site’s details, and it appears that it is not hosted here on WordPress.com. Instead, your site is hosted with Ionos. Because of this, we do not have access to your site’s servers or files to help you disable the software that caused the issue.
To fix this, you will likely need to access your server’s file manager to manually remove or rename the conflicting software folder. Since your hosting is managed by Ionos, their support team will be able to help you access those files to get your site back online.
You can reach their support team directly here: https://www.ionos.com/contact
I hope you are able to regain access quickly!
