Critical Error Message

  When I try to open my website (logging in to edit and just visiting the regular link) I get the message ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.’ In the past when something like this happened I have gotten email instructions from WordPress about how to fix the problem. But I havent received any emails this time. And because I cant log into my admin Bold Grid to edit, I cant manually fix anything. I believe I need WordPress to go in and fix the problem on their end.
