Critical Error Message

    So I recently upgraded my plan from Premium to Business and decided to also change the theme of my website to one that worked better with my business. However, only recently, have I been getting a ‘therebhas been a critical error’ message any time I go to edit my website or use some of the functioning buttons on my admin home page bar such as certain settings. I’ve had theme issues in the past that WordPress Support has taken care of but I would rather not have to change themes because of this issue. I did install the Elementer plug in as well so not sure if maybe that could be part of it. I would like to be able to work on my website again but cannot because it keeps giving me this error code. What should I do?

    Beacause the Fota theme was created by an outside provider that we are not connected with, we’re not familiar with the coding of this theme and not able to troubleshoot.
