Critical Error Message on Website

Hi! I was running some updates on my plugins that said they were activated but needed updated and somewhere along the way, I was locked out. I can’t access the website at all. There is an error message that comes up anytime you try to access the website that says “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” but we haven’t received any emails pertaining to this.
Any assistance would be helpful!
