Critical Error Message Received

Hello, I have received a critical error message on my page and have no way of getting back to the dashboard. This is the message ‘There has been a critical error on your webpage’.

I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.
Is it possible you created your site under a different login? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with? Are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc?
Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
