Critical Error, no email instructions, password email not sent, WP.com Site erro

  Hi, I have three sites I needed to create new passwords. All three have one and the same email I use. hyrnrg.com was successful and I was emailed the reset link.

  Now several things going on. I cannot get into my second site, hyrnrg.com/shop admin dashboard, no login page, I need a new password. I get a page that says critical error, sent email with instructions, but no email ever sent, so I went to my wordpress.com site (that only added hyrnrg.com/shop on it.) I did not add any new plugins or anything, I saw the plugins from my site and tried to deactivate jetpack and reactivate it, because it said it was not communicating with my site, that did not work, so logged out and in now, and everything is blank, no plugins or posts, nothing, I cannot even fix anything. I do see my site up though? No admin page login, only critical error check my email, no email came to me though.

  Secondly, my disanovisions.com site, I needed a new password for that one too and no email sent to me to update it or create a new one. So cannot get into the admin dashboard either.

  My webhost took care of it all! sent me links to create a password and fixed the critical error. They are amazing every time. Inmotionhosting!

  The problems were caused by the following plugins:
  

  1. Kadence Importer
  2. TenWeb Speed Optimizer
