Critical Error on my site – Recovery Mode link expired

  Hello WordPress Support Team,

  My site (https://cryztalzone.shop) is showing the error message:
  “There has been a critical error on this website.”

  I had earlier received a Recovery Mode email at (email visible only to moderators and staff), but the link has already expired (after 24 hours). Now I am unable to log in to the WordPress Admin dashboard to disable plugins or themes.

  Since my site is hosted directly on WordPress.com, I don’t have FTP or File Manager access to fix this issue myself.

  Can you please:

  • Disable the plugin or theme that is causing the crash, OR
  • Send me a fresh Recovery Mode login link at (email visible only to moderators and staff)
