@consultoriafamiliarsis I don’t see any sites associated with your account, and am wondering if perhaps you’re having trouble with a WordPress installation at another host. These are actually the forums for free sites hosted by WordPress.com, but we can probably point you in the right direction:
– You should have an email with more details. If you don’t see that, can you contact your host? They can also help you check error logs and restore a recent backup if you have one. Note there are other backup services, too; if you’re using something like Jetpack Backup, you could restore through that instead.
– If this happened with a recent theme or plugin update or install, your host can help you remove just that one plugin or theme through their interface if needed.
