Critical error on my website and can’t log in or fix – please help!

  I did some WP and plug in updates last night and it has taken my entire website and WP account down. I’ve had to create a new account to be able to access support. Please help! :-)

  Your website url is hosted on one.com and uses wordpress software. Which means, You should head over to WordPress.org forums.
  https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

  wordpress.com is managed hosting.
  wordpress.org is self hosting with domain purchased from domain hosting provider.
  This is the difference below.
  https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
