Critical error on my WordPress site

    I’m trying to find out how to resolve this critical error on my side, I tried getting my FTP credentials but neither GoDaddy (which is my registrar) nor Cloudflare have been able to provide them since they claim not to be the host.

    Cloudflare provided: ‘This is not a Cloudflare branded 500 issue. It is a WordPress error. You would need to contact them to remedy this.’

    Does anyone have an idea on how to work around this?
