We can’t help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is self-hosted meaning you have to solve this kind of problems yourself.

You can find usefull info in the documentation of wordpress.org at https://wordpress.org/documentation/. If you need further help, you can ask for help in their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

I would like to point you wouldn’t have to solve these problems yourself if your site was running on our wordpress.com platform. Depending on your wordpress.com plan, you would get support on several levels – https://wordpress.com/pricing/

    Hi there!

Just to follow on from the above – while your site is indeed a self-hosted site, critical errors are often caused by plugin or theme conflicts.

It’s worth checking with your site host as to whether there are any plugins causing the error on the back end of your site in this case.

If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
