Critical Error On our Website – can’t access dashboard to fix

  Our website went down early this morning.
  Email to admin said:

  Error reference: 200364350/intermittent
  Then…
  Error reference: 200364350/server

  From what I can read it might be an issue with some of our plugins, but I can’t access our wordpress dashboard to reset / address the issue.
