  Not even I can access themes and plugins section so that I can check the conflict

  Hello there,

  When I deactivated and reactivated Elementor, the critical error no longer shows. If it returns please let us know.

  To check for conflicts, I also recommend testing by either using the Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin or making a staging site.
