Critical Error on site- Contact Link not working

I need to speak with someone at WordPress.com Please. The contact link attached in previous message lead to ‘Page Not Found’
CONTACT LINK IN NOT WORKINGI no longer have access to my wordpress and my website is down. They both say ‘There has been a critical error on this website’ and i believe it was caused by a theme or pluggin ‘wp-content/themes/bluecollar/
We’ve has this issue before and I am not sure how it was activated again but I need help to change the theme so I can have access to wordpress to edit it again and have my website active.Self-declared URL: http://www.cookinletproperty.com
