Critical error on site / password reset

  Hi there! My site has been down (critical error) for over a week now. I have tried utilizing filezilla to login to the site but nothing seems to be connecting properly. I am seeking professional services help, however, I need to reset my wordpress password in order to do so. How can I do this if I am not able to get to the dashboard?

  I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.
