-
Hi,
There was a bulk update (plugin) on a site i’m assisting with and now a critical error is dispalying. A backup was stored but internally using updraft. The message saying an email has been sent to admin is not applicable as there is no email in the linked admin email inbox. Any help much appreciated, site is: https://www.tcair.com.au/

Hi,
What is the plugin name ?
Did you purchase domain hosting from a hosting provider by any chance ? In that case , you might have to head over to WordPress.org forums.Regards

Hi there,
If you didn’t receive the email with a link to access your site in safe mode, you can also see these instructions for disabling the plugin mentioned in that error directly in the database:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/faq-troubleshooting/
For help accessing the database, please contact your hosting provider directly.
For more help with the open source version of WordPress you’re using, you can ask the WordPress.org community, who makes that software, in their forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
