    I followed all the steps to deactivate Jetpack but is not working

    I am looking to activate and install a theme that I bought and is using Powerlift

    is the active theme on my account Fitness & Gym

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    You can follow the steps outlined in this article to enable debugging in your WordPress website. First, you will need to open the wp-config.php file in your file manager and change false to true on the line that reads the following code.

    define( WP_DEBUG, true);

    Once you have done this, reload your homepage, and you will be able to identify which plugin or theme is causing the issue. To deactivate the plugin, rename the specific plugin folder. Finally, log in and update or replace the plugin to resolve the problem permanently.
