Critical error on this website

  Hi when I go to log into this particular website to shop. I get this Critical Error on this website. It’s not my website. I contacted the owner who says none of their customers are getting that. Why am I getting it and how do I stop it from happening? This is the only website this is happening from.

  What is the URL of the website?

  That Critical Error doesn’t typically appear on WordPress.com sites, so the site is likely built using the open source WordPress software at another hosting provider. If that’s the case, we don’t have any control over it.

  Either way, this really isn’t something you’ll be able to troubleshoot as a site visitor. Critical errors usually means there’s a corrupted file or a theme/plugin conflict on the site, and that’s something only the site owner can troubleshoot and fix.
