Critical Error on website

  My website, REDLINEgame.com shows a critical error when loading that wasn’t there two days ago when I used it last. https://redlinegame.com/

  This has happened in the past with a bad plugin but I cant even access my plugins to update or deactivate. Problem is my dashboard is showing no updates in need of updating.

  Can you fix or can you give me instructions how to fix myself. Thanks.
