Critical error on website

This message comes up when someone tries to get on my website to register for an event. It happens when folks try and use their phone or computer.
There has been a critical error on this website.
The site I need help with is northstaradventures.me. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

Since your site seems to be hosted with Bluehost you will need to get help at Bluehost.

If you have not posted in that forum please create an account in that forum before posting.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two independent entities, and things do not work the same on each of those versions.
If Bluehost is not able to help you please use the WordPress.org forum for help.
You will need to create an account there to be able to use that forum.
