Critical Error on Website

    Hi,
    When try to load my website it was there has been a critical error. I know my wordpress username, but don’t know my wordpress password, and it says that a reset code has been sent to my email address, although I cant see any emails anywhere (and not sure where the emails are going)

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at GoDaddy. We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    You should reach out to your host GoDaddy for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you fix that error and help you regain access to your site.
