Critical error on website

    I was trying to install a new theme on the site and the site immediately went down. The message when I type the address is ‘There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    Learn more about debugging in WordPress.’ I can’t even view the current installed themes or instal a new one.

    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there,

    As your website is self hosted (WordPress.org), you need to post your support issues in the WordPress.org forum. This forum is only for WordPress.com users

    You could contact your hosting provider, i’m sure they will sort this out for you easily enough.

    Or, If you have FTP access to your server, you could try deleting the theme you tried to install. If you don’t have any access to your server, or not comfortable using FTP program id suggest contacting your hosting provider instead.
