I uploaded a new theme on my site, but as soon as I installed it, site was no longer accessible. The message says ‘There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

Hi there,
To get help with that issue please contact your hosting provider. If they can’t help, you’ll have to seek help in the WordPress.org support forums:
https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
The forum you have posted is for the WordPress.com hosting platform which is different than the WordPress software that your site is using. You can learn more about these differences here:

Hi there,
I’m copying this from the new thread you created:
I disconnected jetpack as a means to fix a critical error currently on https://kutowastore.com but soon after this, the url is not listed under my sites, i’ve prompted to create another site instead which is charging me WordPress connection fee, i had this already on my previous connection.
It is expected that the URL won’t be listed in your account after disconnecting Jetpack, yes. That’s because it’s the Jetpack connection that causes the site to be listed in your WordPress.com account in the first place.
To reconnect Jetpack, log into WP-Admin on your site directly, and click the Jetpack item in the menu there. Then follow the prompts on the screen to reconnect. It’s not possible to reconnect Jetpack from within your WordPress.com account.
i’ve prompted to create another site instead which is charging me WordPress connection fee, i had this already on my previous connection.
There is no connection fee for Jetpack. If you’ve been trying to reconnect by clicking Add Site from My Sites, what you’re really doing is creating a new WordPress.com site, and any prompt you see to pay is for a upgraded plan for that site.
The only way to reconnect Jetpack is from within your site’s own admin dashboard, as I explained above.
However, you will first need to fix the critical error on your site before you’ll be able to reconnect Jetpack. Disconnecting Jetpack will never fix a critical error like this, because it’s not the Jetpack connection causing the error. That error is being caused by a plugin or by the theme installed on your site, and typically happens if a file becomes corrupted during a software update, or if an update introduces a conflict between two or more plugins on your site.
To find the exact cause of, and fix that error, you can take a look at the troubleshooting guide here:

For more help with this, please ask the WordPress.org community who makes the WordPress software you’re using at the link @fstat provided above. They have much more experience than we do in troubleshooting issues like this :)
