Critical error on website. Check email for debugging error but did not get email

    Hi our website is suddenly down and we get an error
    There has been a critical error on your website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

    No idea what happened or how to access our site to correct it
    Any ideas on what to do from here??
