Critical Error only with PayPal as payment method for specific product (Woo)

After the most frustrating experience going back and forth with the AI chat bot (in which I was repeatedly told the site has a business plan only to be directed to the forums when support was requested), I come to you all.
One product type on the store I manage is throwing a critical error only in the PayPal workflow. Seems to be browser agnostic. Other products are just fine. When the error is encountered, it seems to cause additional glitching (e.g. becomes difficult to add other products to cart which were previously functioning fine). As this is impacting multiple customers during a critical release, any support would be lovely. Thank you in advance!
