Critical Error related to jet pack

Hey everyone I am a student and my portfolio website is down due to a critical error, word press sent me a link for recovery mode but it doesnt work either it says recovery mode is not activated, I can’t access the dashboard or the site due to the critical error so I don’t know how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated ! This is what they said on the email.
