I tried to import a backup and now the site is broken; how do I fix this or reset the site?
I cant just create a new one because my subscriptions are attached to this one.

This literally just happened to me. I’ve been looking all over for some form of assistance, and I stumbled upon this. I’m still going through it, so I can’t say whether or not this will help for certain, but it seems promising. Figured I’d share. Good luck:

Hi there!
It looks like your imported site had the Wordfence plugin, which is incompatible with WordPress.com (we have our own security system in place, and the two can cause issues). I’ve deactivated Wordfence, and your site seems to be loading fine. Can you check this on your end too?
Please do not reactivate the Wordfence plugin, as that will cause the critical error to return. You may want to remove the plugin from your site.

Thank you, the site is kind of working now (no more white screen of death), but still some issues with users and being able to set the title, logo etc.
