  getting error message on backend: There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. No email in admin email inbox. Can it be regenerated? Web developer has left, so flying somewhat blind.

  Yes, http://www.manchestercc.edu is hosted with Jumpline and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org).
