Critical Error! Site now missing.

    Hello,

When I go to my website bakedshrimpmusic.com I get the following error message: ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’ I am not skilled with coding so I tried to read multiple help forums. I used the ‘debugger’ which gave me this: ‘xML-RPC is not responding correctly ( 500 )’ I then researched what that error message meant and people suggested that I disconnect ‘jetpack’ and then reconnect which I attempted to do. After disconnecting from jetpack now I can’t access my website at all anymore! When I go to ‘My Sites’ it says ‘You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.
Would you like to start one?’ I had so much info and data on that site, is it all gone and never to be recovered?

    Site: https://bakedshrimpmusic.com/.
    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Yes
    Correct account: Unknown

  • Hi there,

This error might be caused by an issue with your WordPress installation or your server configuration.

For that, you first need to contact your hosting provider and then seek help in the WordPress.org support forums:

The forums you are currently posting are for providing support to WordPress.com hosted sites only. If you want to know more about the differences between WordPress.com platform and the WordPress software that your site is using, then you can read this document:
