Critical Error when accessing website

    Hello everyone,

    For the past 2 days I’ve been trying to access my website but there’s that Critical Error message displayed whenever I try to access either the site either the admin side.

    Version WordPress 6.0.1
    Theme: OceanWP (version3.3.3)
    Current mode: (version)
    Version PHP 7.4.30
    Error message: ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. Learn more about debugging in WordPress.’
    Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help with

    Hello there,

    The website http://www.printaholics-shop.ro loads and is accessible.

    Also, I can see your site is not hosted on WordPress.com and uses open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) and this forum is focused on sites hosted on WordPress.com.

    The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
