critical error when loading the site

    Hi there,

    I have been receiving a critical error when trying to load the website I have been working on, it happens at intermitted times. I have followed the instructions on the email sent to me and disabled and deleted the plugin which supposedly caused the error. I am however still getting the critical error message. I have contacted my host provider and they can’t see any issues on their side despite the error still happening. Could you please assist?

    I checked your site and although your site is connected to WordPress.com via Jetpack, it is using the open-source WordPress.org software and you need to seek help at these forums:

What was the plugin that was causing the error, and is it an issue where the plugin was conflicting with Jetpack? If it is a Jetpack related issue, I would reach out here:
