Critical Error While Downloading New Theme

    Good Evening,
    I am a first time user of Word Press and really struggling here. I thought I finally figured out how to download the theme I purchased from 17 when all of a sudden, I had no access to my admin or website. It won’t allow me to deactivate any plug ins. I am having a lot of difficulty setting up my account and beginning to regret signing up. Can you help me deactivate all the plug ins and gain access to my website again? Any other assistance would be greatly appreciated as well. How do I avoid making this mistake again while redownloading my theme ?
