Critical Error with my site
-
I haven’t been able to log in a couple years dealing with family issues. I tried to log in today because I want to get back to posting, but I’m getting a notification of a critical error. I believe it has to do with my Jetpack connection. I can’t even get into my WP-Admin to fix things. Where do I even begin? I own my .com. Is it an option to delete the site and start fresh with the same URL?
I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

Hi there,
Would you mind sharing the site URL in question so we can better assist you? Thank you for the additional information.

Thank you for providing the site URL.
I am afraid your site is not hosted on WordPress.com servers and it was built with the self-hosted version of WordPress, often called WordPress.org. To clarify, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different companies so we’re not able to help with this as we have no access to your servers or files. Your site is hosted at BlueHost.
I found a good article how to possibly troubleshoot this error: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/there-has-been-a-critical-error-on-your-website/
BlueHost should also be able to help you. I would try to contact them first.
Also, you can find the community support forums for self hosted WordPress sites at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
I hope that helps!
