Critical error with site message

I have a site hosted with bluehost and was considering converting my blog into an e-commerce site with woo-commerce. I was browsing themes in the woo-commerce portal and I accidently closed the window. When I tried to log back in through the blue host portal I received a message that said ‘There has been a critical error on this website.’
I tried to look at the actual website and it says the same message. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing. I’m afraid we are unable to help in this case since your site is hosted by Bluehost and not us at WordPress.com. In this forum, we can primarily help with WordPress.com sites. Your site hosted by Bluehost uses WordPress.org.
There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.
I’d suggest contacting Bluehost support to see if they can look into it and help you. If they refer you to WordPress support, you will want to post on the WordPress.org support forum here.
WooCommerce also has a support forum here, so you can post there as well.
