Critical error with website & FTP login trouble
-
My computer froze in the middle of a WordPress upgrade. My site is still up and active, I just can’t log into my dashboard. I’ve read multiple posts on how to resolve this error code:
‘Fatal error: Call to undefined function wp_removable_query_args() in /homepages/39/d132778893/htdocs/wordpress/wp-admin/includes/misc.php on line 921’
However, they mostly require FTP access. I’ve tried multiple ways of logging in to my FTP program (FileZilla) but I keep getting errors that my username and password are incorrect. I’m probably just getting my wires crossed and not using any of the correct combinations. Can anyone help me? I really want to make sure my site isn’t inaccessible forever…
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi three,
It sounds like you have a self-hosted WordPress.org site. WordPress.org sites are not on our servers and we don’t have any access to them, so we’re not able to help you with this in this forum.
For help with FTP access your best bet is to contact your web host directly, as they’re the ones who would originally have issued your FTP credentials. According to the Whois data for your domain, it is hosted with 1and1.com.
