Critical Errors on Website

Hello. We are having 2 critical errors pop up on our site. The company that helped with a new page build found them, but cannot correct them and said I needed to reach out to you. This is what they told me:
‘The site still has 500 errors. It doesn’t seem as bad as it was.
It actually has 2 critical errors according to WordPress’s Site Health (https://www.gatesway.org/wp-admin/site-health.php?tab). They need to get with their hosting provider to see if they will fix them since we cannot.’WP.com: Unknown

Hey there, we actually aren’t the hosting provider in this case. It looks like you’re with GoDaddy, but they may help you sort out the issue with your copy of the software:
