Hi there!
What’s the address of the site you’re working on?
Please note that these forums are for WordPress.com hosted sites only. If your site is using the open-source WordPress.org software, we won’t be able to help you out and you’ll want to seek help at these forums:

Hi Fresatomatica,
I assume ai am with wordpress.com. I have no idea. I know very little about websites so am completely lost when it just breaks and I haven’t done anything out of the ordinary 😰. My website is http://www.yourhappinessquest.com
Thank you for your help. I still haven’t received any emails from wordpress.com to follow the instructions to fix it as the website says it has sent me.
Kind regards,
Adrianne

Hi Adrianne,
I’m afraid your site is not hosted with us, so we’re not able to help with this as we have no access to your servers.
Your site is hosted by Bluehost.com instead, and using the open source version of WordPress.
That error you’re seeing means that either a plugin or your theme is causing a critical error. The WordPress software automatically sends an email to you with instructions how to fix it if that happens, but if you aren’t receiving those it means your server likely isn’t configured correctly to send those emails.
But you can also see the documentation on how to fix this type of error here:
https://wordpress.org/support/article/common-wordpress-errors/
Bluehost support might be able to help you with this themselves – at the very least you’ll need to contact them for FTP access to your site – but if not then the folks in the WordPress.org forums that staff-mckluskey linked to above will be able to explain to you what you need to do.
