Crop header function not working in Twenty Ten

I haven’t been able to access this function in nearly 2 weeks. Why no crop available?

Hi there,
The Twenty Ten theme is an older theme that we retired some time ago as you can see here: https://wordpress.com/theme/twentyten
Because this theme is retired, we are not able to offer a fix but you can manually crop images on your computer to fit if you select an image crop that is 940px by 198px. Another option is to switch to one of our current themes that support header images, which will not suffer from this cropping issue.
