Crop image doesnt work n stuck

  Im about to change the logo. I went to appearance> Customize> Site Identity> and change the logo. I uploaded the logo . But afer clicking okay. It goes to crop image. This is where it shows blank page. Bcause of this i cant set my logo.

  I tried clearing my browser cache and i used phones n tablets with different browser. It still has problem. Whats wrong with wordpress?
