Cropped and resizing images doesn't work

  When I resized an image- and cropped it. It comes up as 404

  

  how do I fix?

  Hi there,

  I just did some testing and was able to upload a file and crop it using our tool without any issue. Are you still having the same problem, or has it gone away?

  If you’re still having the same issue, could you please walk me through step-by-step as to how you go through the process and you get to the point where you’re getting the 404 error? I did get the same error that you did off of the link you provided, but I also found a similarly-named image in your media library:

  If you crop it and then resize it. and push update. It breaks pretty continously.

  Could you walk me through the exact steps which you’re taking wherein the image is coming up as a 404 error? From which page you go to in order to upload your image, where you click on what for each step to crop and resize, etc.
