Cropping dosen't work

  Hello,
  I tried to customize my header imagine. I uploaded imagine, choose it, but whe cropping windows appear it doesn’t work…I don’t understand why :(

  This appens only with my new theme “Standard”. I tried with some free theme and the cropping function works perfectly!

  It looks like you recently cancelled and refunded your Standard theme purchase. Are you still having issues with the header image with the Flounder theme?

  Hi, sorry if I relpy only now but I was ill for a couple of day so I didn’t turn on the computer.

  Yes, it was one of the reason. I had this problem with many other theme preview to be honest

  Have you been able to find a theme that suits your needs? Just a note, this support doc explains a bit more about uploading a custom header image:

  If you’re still having trouble with the cropping issue, can you explain a bit more? Is it not cropping the header image as you would like?
