cropping/publishing my header image

  I am having difficulty putting a header photo up. I have selected a photo from my computer and uploaded it. I get a window asking me to crop and publish. when I used the ‘box’ and move it around to what I want, I click the Crop and Publish button. I get an error that cannot process, try again. I done this more than half a dozen times and get the same error. It is very frustrating. Is there someone to call to walk us neophytes through building a blog page. I’m ready to give up. Thank you.

  Can you let me know what type of image file you’re uploading for your header photo? What’s the size of it?

  If you’re still seeing a “Cannot process” error message, please don’t hesitate to send a copy of the file along to the private support queue.
