Cross link sales platforms

I am considering setting up a wordpress.org account with the story, background, images etc and also sales. A subset will be on TUMBLER and a subset on ETSY. If I post the item on all three and it sells on one how do I get it autmatically put in a hold folderthat just I/admn see so the identical item is falsely sold 1 second or a few hours later before I can go in and remove it from other sites. More complicated is lets say there are 10 of the item, how do I manage the purchase of possible 3 from Wor Press, 2 from Tumbler and 1 from ETSY so people see there are only 4 left of that type or colour? I was going to use the same purchase/i.e. STRIPE on all three but think that just addresses purchase not inventory control.

The fact that the site may have been built using WordPress, or may mention ‘Powered by WordPress’ (or something similar) simply means it is using the WordPress.org software, which can be downloaded and installed on any web host.
