  A blog in my blogroll now directs and opens to my own blog’s Dashboard. This is true even when other computer users try to access the blog. Does this mean that when this redirect happens, others have access to my Dashboard? Also, what is the cause for this and the solution to it? I can supply the involved addresses if needed.

  It probably means that the blog has been set to private and that you’re not an authorized user. If that’s the case, nobody else is being directed to YOUR dashboard.

  Raincoaster’s right; the blog has been set to private. When you try to access a private blog for which you are not on the authorised list you are redirected to your own dashboard.
