cross linking 2 blogs

  Hi there,

  I recently added a new blog (theflyingfoodietravelsenglish.wordpress.com) to my sites. It’s basically an English version of my existing blog (theflyingfoodietravels.wordpress.com). I would like to cross link the 2 blogs, not just by adding a link to each post but by having a permanent ‘English’ link at the top of my Hebrew blog and a permanent ‘Hebrew’ at the top of my english one. (For example, same as they have ‘Francais’ & ‘Espanol’ here – http://lamaleva.com/ )

  How can I do that..? Any help would be much appreciated!
