  When someone asks you to cross post what do they mean and how do you set it up?

  you should consider linking your username to your wordpress.COM blog.

  If someone wants you to cross post it means they want you to take the blog post you’ve written on your blog and post them on their blog. I’ve cross posted once, seems to boost your profile a little amongst those with shared interests. I don’t like the idea of doing that for most blog posts because I think it makes the original poster’s blog less unique.

  Not to mention that it will hurt your blog in the Google rankings; search engines HATE duplicated content on multiple sites, and will penalize you severely for it.
