  I want to create a crowdfunding site where people in my community can come to my site and each start their own unique crowdfunding project. Is this possible to set up on Word Press? Any guidance would be very appreciated.

  Hi there!

  It would be possible, however, not with the inbuilt tools. You would need a membership plugin to allow users to create profiles on your site and probably other plugins to have all the features you are looking for.
  To be able to install plugins on WordPress.com, you would need at least plan Business:

  https://wordpress.com/support/business-plan/
