Crowdsignal – poll not showing in embed widget
-
Hello there – I am trying to embed a crowdsignal poll on a page. The crowdsignal widget only accepts the URL (not the shortcode) but when I use the URL as supplied by crowdsignal I get a blank poll displayed – not the one I created on Crowdsignal. My account with crowdsignal is the free plan at present, and my account with crowdsignal uses my WordPress account credentials to validate me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there,
Are you trying to embed it on https://highlandobjects.wordpress.com/?
Can you give us the poll link you’re trying to use, and also the link to the specific post/page on your site where you’ve tried adding it?

Hello there Kokkieh
Yes that is the correct site
The poll link is https://poll.fm/10550800
The page I am trying to embed it on is just a draft page at present

Grateful for your assitance

Hm, that’s odd. The poll seems to be working correctly, however, it does not embed. Could you try to create a new poll (you can copy the answers) and see if the new URL works as expected?
