  Thanks for reaching out for help. When I look at the account, it’s not clear to me which project is attached to bikelifeteam.com. I believe it may be one of the free Woo Express trials. Will you confirm?

  • Trial 1 is going to expire in 6 days.
  • Trail 2 has already expired.

  If this project is on Trial 2 then you’ll just want to add the Performance Hosting plan from here to the account and keep moving forward.

  Once we have more clarity about which project is having the issue, we will be able to provide more solutions. For now, my suggestion is to follow up with that specific plugin developer or team and inquire about the failure.
